If you are experiencing technical difficulties, crashes, or connectivity issues while trying to play on our server, please look through the common solutions below. Most technical problems can be resolved by following these standard procedures.

❌ mfc100.dll Missing

Q: I get an error saying "mfc100.dll is missing" when trying to launch the game.

A: This error occurs when your operating system is missing the required Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable files. Follow these steps to resolve it: Download the Installer: Get the full runtime package from this Google Drive Link. Extract the Files: Unzip the downloaded `.zip` folder. Run the Installation: Open the extracted folder, look for the file named install_all, right-click it, and select "Run as Administrator". Restart Your PC: Once the installation completes, restart your computer and relaunch the game.

Q: I get an error saying "Cannot init d3d" when trying to launch the game.

Solution For Issue. Just open Setup.exe and close it

Q: I get an error saying "ICG32.DLL Missing or damage" when trying to launch the game.

A: This issue is usually related to graphics card compatibility with older DirectX versions. You can fix it using dgVoodoo by following these steps: Download the Tool: Get the dgVoodoo files from this Google Drive Link. Extract the Files: Unzip the downloaded folder and move all its contents directly into main server game folder. Open Configurator: Inside your game folder, look for the file named dgVoodooCpl.exe and open it. Configure DirectX Settings: Go to the DirectX tab at the top. Under the Videocard dropdown menu, select dgVoodoo Virtual 3D Accelerated Card. Set the resolution option to match your monitor's native screen resolution. Apply Changes: Click on the Apply button at the bottom to save your settings, then relaunch the game.
