If you are experiencing technical difficulties, crashes, or connectivity issues while trying to play on our server, please look through the common solutions below. Most technical problems can be resolved by following these standard procedures.

❌ Client Crashes & Error Messages

mfc100.dll missing

Q: I get an error saying "mfc100.dll is missing" when trying to launch the game.

A: This error occurs when your operating system is missing the required Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable files. Follow these steps to resolve it: Download the Installer: Get the full runtime package from this Google Drive Link. Extract the Files: Unzip the downloaded `.zip` folder to your desktop. Run the Installation: Open the extracted folder, look for the file named install_all, right-click it, and select "Run as Administrator". Restart Your PC: Once the installation completes, restart your computer and relaunch the game.

🖥️ Display & Resolution Issues

Q: The game screen is too small, or I get a "Failed to Set Graphic Device" error.

A: Your graphics settings or screen resolution need adjustment via the setup utility. Open your game folder and right-click on opensetup.exe or setup.exe, then select "Run as Administrator". Inside the setup panel, choose your primary Graphic Device from the dropdown menu (instead of leaving it blank). Adjust the resolution to match your monitor's display settings, and ensure "Full Screen" or "Windowed Mode" is checked according to your preference.

🌐 Connectivity & Login Failures

Q: I am stuck at "Rejected from Server" or "Failed to Connect to Server".

A: This means your client cannot establish a secure link with our hosting nodes. Check your internet connection or try restarting your router. Ensure that your firewall is not blocking the game client's outbound network ports. If the server is undergoing scheduled updates or maintenance, announcements will be posted immediately in our official Discord channels.
